Pepsi Backlit Billboard

Pepsi was looking to refresh its artwork on an iconic billboard within an historic downtown. A vintage logo and bottle were used as a connection to the history of the city. The structure used was a custom backlit fabrication. This allowed two different, yet connected, designs to be displayed. During the day, the sunlight would show the front design. At night, the backlight revealed the rear design.
The designs needed to align to allow the rear design to show through at night. Also, the daytime colors needed to be light enough to allow changes of the rear design to show through.
